Location was amazing - was pretty near the airport, lots of food and restaurants nearby, Starbucks; just a 5-min drive away and not too far from Downtown too. Hotel was really nice; super clean, beautiful furnishings, hotel lobby was laid out pretty well, breakfast area was inviting and liked how they had coffee/tea available 24/7. Check-in took a while, but service was great; the staff who checked me in was super nice, pleasant and we chatted & laughed quite a bit. etc. Room was comfy and I was pretty impressed - good size, everything looked so clean, beds were perfect - just the right height, right amount of pillows, good pressure on the pillows/bed & TV was huge. Bathroom/Shower was spacious, lots of towels and stocked with toiletries, loved it! Microwave was in a pantry area of the room and fridge worked well too! :)

When I arrived the front desk personnel were extremely nice and welcoming, they helped me with all of my questions and one of them was an FIU student, she helped me as I was very nervous for my orientation the next day, she checked me in and helped me with instructions on how to park, how traffic was in the morning and all other million questions I asked her. She definitely made my stay 100% better as I was stressed and nervous when I got to the hotel and both of the girls at front desk were helpful, welcoming, which completely changed my mood and made my stay more pleasant. Also being able to have my breakfast delivered to my room early in the morning was the best, since I had to be up and ready so early, having my breakfast delivered at 6:00 was definitely so convenient and helped me save so much time.

From check in to check out the staff at this location was very helpful, friendly and personable. I asked for a shower cap and they delivered it to my room with no problems. This location was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was that our friends were on the same floor but at opposite ends from us which was a bit inconvenient. Not sure if this could have been improved but we made the best of it.

From entering the hotel, to my departure, the staff were welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the assisted handles in the shower is a great touch. The location of the hotel was a huge convience. I was less than 10 minutes driving distance from all the places I needed to visit.

Everything, the facilities are amazing the staff is very well train and help you a lot. The room was very clean. I like a lot the safety measurements during the tropical storm, the put all the advice in the lobby. The parking lot was very big and have plenty of spaces to park. I like a lot the quality coffee in the room.
